I have had horrible experiences with this Broome County renter. They took 6 months to fix a corroded wall that was hidden behind the radiator and would not fix it until I brought Broome county legislatures in my email exchanges with them. They even lied to me and the legislatures about fixing the wall and changed their tune when I showed them a picture of the gross brown part of the wall. I was not informed before hand that there was not heating source in the bathroom and that the floors above me were creaky. Their constant excuse was that they have a so many properties to explain this neglect.

Lets work together to expose Broome's landlords for what they really are and keep future tenants from falling into their traps.

If the slumlord can't take care of his property, he shouldn't own it , simply put. It is but actually it's not your problem, I would start taking bids on the repairs and go with the best one, take it out of the rent for the next 1.5
