DO NOT rent from this man! This is the warning I wish someone/anyone would have given me before I moved into his apartment. Bed bugs, hoards of roaches to the point ALL of your things will be ruined,babies will get sick from the amount of filth. McGuiver fixes that ultimately break wreaking more havoc then before, never around to actually handle things in a timely fashion, childish in the manner he handles his business and argumentative even when at fault. He favors drug addicts and felons in his corner. Doesn't have a maintence man, pays drug addicts to "fix" problems when really their just snooping around your place looking what to take. Absolutely alarming the amount he charges for the low quality of living and yet your paying his mortgage for a complete piece of crap. DO NOT own any of his rental properties!
