Trang Ha is a slumlord. He charged me an illegally high deposit ($1,000 for a monthly rent of $600 in an unfurnished apartment). He did the bare minimum to deal with bedbug and roach infestations leading to the bugs never being completely dealt with - because of this, my apartment was uninhabitable for approximately a third of the lease as of time of writing. He tried to prevent me from breaking the lease despite being legally entitled to do so, and is also trying to keep my full deposit. He only takes rent in cash or check - I strongly suspect some kind of tax fraud. Avoid him at all costs.
