Terri and Steve Allen are some of the worst landlords I've ever had as a student. Both Terri and Steve would show up at the house unannounced and without notice. On multiple occasions Terri has avoided my messages and calls after she did something wrong and I told her that she was in violation of the lease. She then had Steve call me back to scream down the phone at me and berate me and blatantly tell me that they don't have to do anything on that lease. That was mild in comparison to things I've heard from other people who have rented from them. Terri has threatened people with lawsuits for posting on facebook about how terrible she is; Steve recognized the persons car at a gas station and pulled over just to get out and scream at them. Another person told me that while he was arguing with Steve because he refused to give back their security deposit, Steve threatened to shoot them in the head.
